Our Two Board-Certified Family Practitioners and Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Physician's Assistant offer the complete range of family care from newborns through seniors in a competent and caring manner. We practice in a Christian environment and aim to treat each patient as a whole person.

You can now send us non-urgent requests for appointments, refills and billing questions by emailing us at office@mayercope.com or follow directions on this site on the patient services page.

We are asking all new patients and also encouraging our established patients to set up a free patient account at nomoreclipboard.com. This will enable you to enter all your health information only once and then keep it up to date. You can share your information with us through that account and you can also print out a summary of your health history to bring to appointments. This service uses Microsoft's HealthVault to keep your information private and secure and complies with all HIPAA rules.
